I have had the pleasure of dealing with Greg & Carl from Toner Print recently, when I was looking for a multi-function printer. Greg completely understood my situation of running  a small business and making the transition from a home office printer to a commercial printer. He was professional, completely honest and worked with me to find a suitable multi-function printer within my budget.
