Heat Chimney full of charcoal, tip onto coal grate, light second chimney if needed…

Prepare Butter Sauce

125g melted Butter

1/2 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce

¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2tbls Black Honey

Chilli Powder to taste

Once internal temp of 155f is reached in chicken, remove from grill and Dunk in Butter Sauce and return to grill, you may repeat if time allows after 20mins

Remove chicken from grill once internal of 165f is reached

Pour remainder of sauce over wings whilst warm
