We can now go away and prepare the design for you and present you with a complete quote of the project.<\/p>\n
For a speedy turnaround time, the quote will be emailed to you but it can also be posted out to you if you prefer.<\/p>\n
Once you have received the quote we invite you to visit our showroom and we will guide you through this stage in detail to ensure we design the room of your dreams whilst trying to keep the cost suitable to your needs.<\/p>\n
Once you have had time to look at the proposed designs and quote and we have answered any questions you may have we can discuss any alterations and adjustments to the quote if necessary.<\/p>\n
Once you are satisfied with the design, quote and schedule we will agree on a suitable commencement date. A residential building contract will be signed by both parties and an initial deposit of 6.5% of the total amount will be paid.<\/p>\n
The rest of the payment structure will be laid out in the contract.\u00a0We will issue you with drawings of the kitchen or bathroom and a schedule of works, this schedule outlines the day to day progress of the renovation.<\/p>\n
