Plum Christmas Glaze
Place all ingredients in a pot.
1 Jar of Plum Jam
3/4 cup Glucose
1 tbls Sweet BBQ Rub (I used Mac Bos Seasonings Pork)
1/4 cup of Sweet Chilli Sauce (Koojedda Country)
2 tbls of your favourite port
Cook down over medium heat (be careful not to bring to the boil) till jam melts down and glaze begins to coat the back of your spoon to form a nice sticky film.
Brush glaze over ham every 30 mins until cooked
Or
Simply use what you have on hand in your cupboard and experiment, eg. Your favourite balsamic vinegar, marmalade jam, or fig! So long as you keep the glucose you can just about make any glaze shine!!
